Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms before using our websites or entering into a publishing relationship with GSP. Last updated: April 14, 2026.

01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using websites and services operated by Global Science Publisher (“GSP”, “we”, “us”), or by submitting a manuscript, proposal, or other materials for consideration, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree, you must not use our sites or services for those purposes. Specific rates, rights, and obligations for a given work are set out in the contract or licence agreed between you and GSP.

02

Use of the site

You agree to use GSP’s digital resources lawfully and in line with scholarly integrity. You must not misuse our systems, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal data about authors or reviewers, or circumvent technical or contractual restrictions on use of published content.

Published content may be subject to licence terms (for example, open-access licences where stated on the work). Where no such licence is stated, reuse requires permission as described below.

03

Rights, permissions, and licensing

The dissemination of scholarly content to a global audience is fundamental to advancing research, education, and knowledge creation. For GSP, the legal foundation of licensing and permissions activities is in accordance with the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and the Copyright Rules, 1967 (Pakistan), as amended from time to time.

It is a common and lawful practice for portions of text, illustrations, or other protected subject matter to be reused in new publications, subject to the prior authorisation of the copyright owner. Permission should be granted in writing, signed by the copyright owner or its authorised representative.

Rights holders are suggested to register copyrightable works with the IPO-Pakistan Act, 2012 (as amended from time to time) Copyright Office before publication.

Nothing on this page replaces independent legal advice. If you are unsure about rights in your manuscript, consult a qualified adviser or the rights holder.

04

Royalties, payments, and tax

The tax treatment of royalties for authors is primarily governed by the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 and the Finance Act, 2019 (and subsequent amendments), as applicable.

GSP maintains standard payment cycles. Your contract with GSP governs the specific rates, payment schedules, and tax-related matters applicable to your situation.

05

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, except where mandatory rules of another jurisdiction apply to you. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or GSP’s publishing services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan, to the extent permitted by law.

06

Privacy

Personal data collected through our websites and publishing processes is described in our Privacy Policy.
